A regular website shows information. A platform manages data: users who log in, information that changes over time, and a panel to administer it. If your project needs user accounts or a management panel, it's a platform.
Can I request new features later?
Yes. The platform is designed to be extended. Each new feature is quoted separately, confirmed in writing before we start.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. The code, the database and the server access are yours from delivery, with no dependence on anyone else to keep using them.
Does it include hosting and the domain?
The quote includes deployment to the server you choose. Hosting and domain costs are your own, so ownership always stays with you, not me.
